Arbitration Body

According to § 9 d, Para. 1 NBGG, the state of Lower Saxony is establishing an arbitration body with the State Commissioner for People with Disabilities.

If you do not receive satisfactory answers from the contact option mentioned above, you can submit an application to initiate an arbitration procedure according to the Lower Saxon Disability Equality Act (NBGG) to the arbitration body, established with the State Commissioner for People with Disabilities in Lower Saxony.

The arbitration body according to § 9 d NBGG has the task of settling disputes between people with disabilities and public bodies of the state of Lower Saxony on the subject of IT accessibility. The arbitration procedure is free of charge. No legal counsel needs to be involved.
