Guest Account
You do not necessarily need to create a customer account to place an order with us. You can also order as a "GUEST." However, this means that you will need to enter your information again for any future orders.
Customer Account
If you would like to create a customer account, first register with just your email and a password of your choice. You can change this password at any time in your customer account. In your account, you can add and manage billing addresses and shipping addresses. You can then use these details directly when placing an order. Alternatively, you can also enter this information later in the order history.
Company Identification Number (UID):
If you are a company from another EU country and wish to shop without VAT, please have your UID number ready. You will be automatically enabled for net purchases and will receive a net invoice.
The input will be verified live by our shop. If your UID number cannot be verified or is rejected, please contact us.
Important:
Your billing address must match the UID entry you are registered with in your country (company name, name, legal form, and address).
Transporting Goods Yourself:
If you wish to transport the goods yourself to the destination country, we will need proof of transport from you. We will gladly send you a form by email. Please contact us by email or phone before placing an order.
You will first order with VAT indicated. Once you have sent us the certified proof of transport, we will refund the VAT to you.
After a Successful Order:
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation and invoice at your registered email (please also check your spam folder).
Shipping Your Order:
We will quickly ship your ordered goods to you.
