Right of Revocation
You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (Anlauf & Anlauf GbR, Zum Täckenfeld 14, 21385 Amelinghausen, Germany, info@organzabeutel24.de, Telephone: 04132 9398298, Fax: 04132 9398299) of your decision to cancel this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax, or email).

You may use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, although this is not mandatory. You may also exercise your right of cancellation online at https:// https://www.organzabeutel24.com/withdrawal-policy/ If you use this online option, we will promptly send you an acknowledgment of receipt on a durable medium (e.g. by email), including information about the content of the cancellation declaration as well as the date and time it was received.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of Cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choosing a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive notice of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back, or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and, in any event, no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary to examine their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
